FREIGHT POLICY
We reserve the right to determine the means of shipping.  All orders are shipped F.O.B. Origin (shipping point).  Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice of all credit card purchases.

TERMS
We reserve the right to accept or reject any and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is made.

RETURN GOODS POLICY
All returns of merchandise must obtain prior authorization.  In cases of our error, full credit plus return freight charges will be credited. In case of customer error, a 15% restocking charge will be applied.

The following items will NOT be accepted for returned credit:

• Modified items
• Goods without a Return Authorization (RA)
• Merchandise more than 60 days old (from JAMEK ENTERPRISES invoice date)
• Goods not in saleable condition

To receive an RA Number email JAMEK ENTERPRISES at sales@vizorstor.com.  Please include the following information:

• Our invoice number and date.
• Product description and product number
• Reason you wish to return merchandise.
• Contact name and phone number

JAMEK ENTERPRISES will give you an RA number.  A separate RA number will be provided for each invoice referenced.  The RA number authorizes our receiving department to accept the merchandise and must be clearly marked on the outside of the return.

• Send merchandise freight prepaid. RA numbers are valid for 30 days after date issued.

CLAIMS
All claims for damage occurring in transit must be made upon receipt of goods by the customer directly to the carrier.  Please save all boxes and packing material.  All shipment errors must be reported immediately upon receipt to JAMEK ENTERPRISES.

DELIVERY
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt.  If we are temporarily out of stock, items will be backordered and shipped upon receipt.

PRICING
Although the prices shown on this web site are as accurate as possible, prices are subject to change without notice and will be invoiced with the prices in effect at time of shipment, except in the case of specials and sales flyers with specific ending periods.  We will make every attempt to notify you prior to any shipment if there is a price variation so you can make a determination.

PRIVACY
We will work to protect the security and privacy of any information you provide to us.  This includes your name, address, phone number, and email address in addition to any other information that can be linked to you personally.  We will not place cookies on your computer or collect hidden information.  We believe that you have a right to know that visiting this site we do not and will not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.  You have the right to control your personal information.
